Led by Mercy, founder of Quantum Balance Healing, this hands-on mini course starts with a brief introduction to the five elements and how they show up across the forehead. As we are in Autumn, you'll learn a seasonal reflexology protocol designed to support common seasonal imbalances, like allergies and digestive tension, along with foods and teas to support your body through the transition. We'll also take a short look ahead into Winter, so you're equipped with points and nourishment to carry you into the next season.
